Refund policy

We accept refunds and exchanges of full-price items within 60 days of purchase.

Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will then issue your refund in the original method of payment minus the shipping cost.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to make an exchange please send us an email at shipping@tigertowngraphics.com or give us a call at (864) 654-7297.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included in your refund.
