Shipping, Refunds, Return & Exchanges

Order Processing: Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email within this timeframe notifying you that your order is on its way.

Store Pickup: 360 College Avenue, Clemson, SC 29631. Orders can be picked up daily, Monday - Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and Sundays: 1:00pm - 5:00 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days. Flat rate shipping fees vary based on weight/destination for purchases under $75. We only ship outside of the US to APO military addresses.

Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Free shipping is available for all orders over $75.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns up to 60 days after purchase for regular-priced items, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. A full refund will be issued minus the return shipping costs to the original form of payment. All sales are final on game-specific shirts, sale items, and custom orders, with no returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at shipping@tigertowngraphics.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these cases individually to find a satisfactory solution. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
